Ever since I gave birth, my stomach hasn’t been the same. Almost every meal leaves me feeling bloated and uncomfortable. No matter what I eat, my belly swells up, and I end up needing to do a lot of farting. Sometimes I have to run to the bathroom because the pressure gets so intense. I try to let out huge farts, but it doesn’t always come easily. The discomfort keeps building until I finally find a way to relax and release the tension. In the end, I turn to some private self-pleasure to help my body unwind and feel better.
