As I, Sydney Screams, waddle into the room with my massive pregnant belly sticking out, I wonder how I m supposed to keep exercising when my body looks and feels like this. As twins grow inside of me, I can barely do anything, but my doctor told me that stretching is really important. My back is sore, my feet are sore, my neck is sore... everything is sore! As I try to do my stretching, something starts to happen. A Braxton hicks contraction! My water isn t due to break yet, but I m definitely wishing it would. I do my best to stretch and exercise when I feel something happening. At first I think it might be my water breaking, but nope! I ve just pissed all over myself. My yoga pants, legs, feet and floor are all covered in my own pee.
