Will invite his landlord, Piper Press, over to discuss his current financial woes. At first, he tries to bargain with her about small things he can do to get an extension on his rent due date. Piper is having none of it. She proposes and idea that works more along the lines of something more pleasurable for both of them. Will agrees, but the terms leave him wondering about his strange landlord when it all said and done.
