I have the sweetest boy that rents a room above my garage. He really is a good guy but is often late with the rent. I know he works and studies hard so I would hate to lose him as a tenant. At the same time, I really do need to get compensated for the room I rent to him, at least in some way. Maybe he has other services he can offer me?
